Gardening for wildlife

At the recent Castleknock Community College Annual Plant Fair, one of our residents gave a detailed presentation with information and recommendations about domestic gardening to improve habitats for wildlife.

The presentation gives examples of pollinators in Ireland, explains why bees are under threat and what we can do.

It also lists pollinator friendly flowers by season so you garden can be pollinator friendly throughout the year.

Many of the slides contain links to videos or websites to find more information.
