Biodiversity Zoom call – Sunday 25 September

September 20, 2022 | Posted in Biodiversity

Riverwood estate is home to local wildlife such as foxes, bats and maybe even badgers and shrews!

The Riverwood Biodiversity Group is newly formed and we had our inaugural turnout last Saturday night with our bat walk. We were lucky to hear 2 bats foraging for insects even though it was late in the season and it was a cool night.

We will be holding a Zoom presentation this Sunday, September 25th at 8pm, where we will talk about ideas for local residents on how to get involved with wildlife surveying and how to help wildlife in their own gardens and areas. If you are interested in attending, please complete the form below and you will be sent a Zoom link.
