Porterstown Road closed between 1st and 11 April

Porterstown Road will be closed between 1st and 11th April 2021 to facilitate slit trenching works as part of the DART+ project. The works will be carried out by Ground Investigations Ireland Ltd. The closure will be either side of the level crossing on Porterstown Road.

Three marshals will be present, one at the junction with Clonsilla Road, another at the junction near Scoil Choilm and the third on the northern side of the level crossing. You can see these on a map.

There should be no issues with pedestrian access at Porterstown level crossing. The company has confirmed that basically the road will be closed for few hours for one day only. Works can be stopped at any time to allow pedestrians to pass safely.
